- Refund requests made after the initial 30-day period will not be eligible. Instead, your service will be canceled at the end of your current billing cycle, with no refund issued.
2. Refund for Special Offers
For any services purchased under "special offers" (including seasonal offers, one-time discounts, and promotional rates not included in our standard yearly discount), a 7-day money-back guarantee applies. This policy is in place to prevent abuse of short-term sign-ups.
3. Refund Process and Timeline
All refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot process refunds through alternative payment methods. The refund process typically takes between 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account after the request is approved.
